If a member of our team goes above and beyond for care and service, nominate them for our Employee Spotlight Award. The Employee Spotlight Award is a monthly program that recognizes and rewards members of our team for "wowing" patients by going above and beyond the call of duty. Nominations may be made by completing a card and placing in one of the marked collection containers, which are placed throughout the facility. Also, an email may be sent to CarolinaPinesRMCMarketing@gmail.com. Nominations should include the employee name, department, reason for recognition and the nominator's name and contact information.
