Tyler Beasley Wins Director of the Quarter
July 22, 2022
Congratulations to Tyler Beasley, Director of Materials Management, for being named the Director of the Quarter!
Tyler is the perfect example of the ENGAGE principles.
She exemplifies excellence in leadership in quality and safety. She supports quality and safety not only in her department but throughout the hospital. She makes sure that her staff can perform their job duties safely.
Tyler takes initiative to look ahead to make sure the hospital and medical group are adequately stocked with supplies and she is instrumental in making sure our hospital has enough supplies on hand at all times for emergency situations. She jumps in and can complete any task for anyone who walks into her department whether it’s sending a package to a potential employee or ordering office supplies.
Tyler has a grateful attitude for her role as a leader and makes her staff aware regularly of how grateful she is to all of them for all their hard work. She is very humble and appreciative of her staff. If you need help with anything, all you have to do is ask. Her door is always open.
Tyler is actively involved in every aspect of her department and can preform any job needed in the department. She and her staff are actively involved in activities at the hospital especially trunk-or treat every year.
Tyler has a sincere and genuine attitude. At no point has she ever portrayed herself as better or different than anyone. She is a genuine “real” person. What you see is what you get. She has an honest and caring heart. She is thankful for the resources that she has here as well as support from staff, physicians and administration.
Tyler is empowered to be a great leader, co-worker and friend to all her staff. Instead of just doing something that her staff doesn’t know how to do, she takes the time to show them what to do and how to do it. She is always looking out for her staff and trying to make sure the department runs smoothly.
Tyler is a very smart and dedicated director. She has devoted her career to our hospital’s daily supply needs and we are so appreciative of her!
