1st Quarter 2021 DAISY Award Winner

We are proud to announce that the Nurse for the 1st Quarter of 2021 and the winner of The Daisy Award is Ashley Rogers of The Medical Group at Carolina Pines Regional Medical Center. Ashley has been employed with The Medical Group since January 2016.
Ashley is a hardworking nurse who chooses to put her talents, knowledge and skills to great use in the office. She takes her job seriously and makes sure that she is compliant in all that she does. She is dedicated to her job, her patients, her peers, and the doctors that she works alongside each and every day. This past year, she has stepped up and stretched herself and her abilities in the office. The workload that it has entailed has really increased since the pandemic.
Ashley is patient, kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate. She knows exactly how to speak to the patient and their family members regarding medical topics, in a way that the patient understands. She also takes the extra time to answer any questions that the patients or family members may have. She is a very positive person, not only with her patients, but with her peers. She never hesitates to help her coworkers when they need assistance, and she does so without any expecting anything in return. We are very blessed to have her as a part of our team and we cannot think of anyone more deserving of this award.
